Announcement: Biech Law’s Practice is Expanding!

I am proud to announce that Biech Law’s practice is expanding to include corporate and organizational governance!

In their decolonial efforts, Indigenous peoples and their allies regularly drive the cutting edge of organizational creativity, including through the use of corporations, non-profits, informal groups, and other business organizations.

In so doing, these decolonial entrepreneurs pour their passion and identity into their work. The needs of every decolonial organization and idea are therefore as unique, complex, and varied as the inspiring people who design them.

Corporate and organizational governance can be a lot of work, and decolonial entrepreneurs deserve legal support which protects and enhances their ability to run their organizations and bring their ideas to life.

For this reason, Biech Law now offers legal advice and representation for decolonial entrepreneurs regarding corporate and organizational governance matters, such as: start-ups, corporate records and filings, governing documents, decision-making processes, legislative compliance, and planning for the future.

My goal is to help ensure decolonial entrepreneurs’ operations are stable and secure, so they can freely and confidently share their creativity with the world!
